Parties to This Agreement

All references to "Reprosify" or "We" herein mean and refer to Reprosify LLC. All references to "You" and "Your" mean and refer to the person or entity who has executed this Agreement.
Reprosify and You are each referred to herein as a "Party," and collectively as the "Parties."

Affiliate Commission Plans

You will receive a unique Affiliate ID when you sign up with Reprosify. The Affiliate ID will be incorporated within each URL which You will use to advertise Reprosify.

No commission for Silver Plan signups
Gold Plan
$20 Per Signup
Standard commission rate
Platinum Plan
$30 Per Signup
Premium commission rate
Diamond Plan
$100 Per Signup
Highest commission tier

Commission Payment Details

All Commissions are paid in U.S. Dollars (USD) or other offered currencies
Combined Commission must equal or exceed $50.00 USD before payment
Commissions below $50 in 120-day period will be forfeited
Commission payments are processed on the 15th of each month
Tax forms (W-8/W-9) may be required before payment processing
Affiliates are solely responsible for their own tax compliance

Advertising Requirements & Rules

Required Disclosure
All advertisements must clearly display disclaimer language stating your independent status from Reprosify and disclosure of referral payments.
Social Media Requirements
Each social media post must contain #Reprosify and #ad in clear, conspicuous locations. Instagram must use "Paid Partnership" tool.
Mandatory Disclosure Language
Disclosure: I am an independent entity from Reprosify. I am not an agent or employee of Reprosify and have no authority to make binding contract or represent Reprosify. I receive referral payments from Reprosify. The opinions expressed here are my own and shall NOT be interpreted or considered as representations, guarantees, or statement by Reprosify LLC.

Prohibited Actions & Restrictions

No self-referring or opening accounts under false names
No cash rebates or monetary incentives without approval
No PPC bidding on Reprosify trademark terms
No income guarantees or business opportunity claims
No unsolicited emails (spam) or deceptive practices

Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors of Reprosify. No relationship of employee/employer nor principal and agent shall exist between Reprosify and You.
You have no right to act on behalf of or bind Reprosify in any way, nor share in the profits or losses of Reprosify. You are solely responsible for all of Your acts or omissions.
Accept This Agreement
By clicking "I Accept the Terms and Conditions" and submitting your application, you indicate that you have read and understood this Agreement, and agree to be bound by all its terms and conditions.
This Agreement, along with Appendix A and Reprosify's Terms of Service, represents the entire agreement between the Parties regarding your Affiliate participation.
